ALEGA SOUND MASSAGE

                     If the desire to know and learn something,

is present, all that is necessary is to follow it,

even if the living conditions sometimes

are complicated and unexpected.

I was born in Mexico in 1967 and went to school in a religious school.  Coming from a family dedicated to education, I have been in the field for more than 20 years. During this time I have continued to educate myself, earning a Masters in Educational Research, a specialization in Special Education and a PhD in Sociology in Alicante, Spain.

​

However, I felt that something was missing, so I started looking into the spiritual side, which I knew almost nothing about.  Everything started to make sense and I understood the reason for many events in my life.

​

In 2011 I emigrated to a beautiful country, Germany.  Destiny led me there because it is a place with very special characteristics, almost all of which are new to me, starting with the language.

​

Over the years I've adapted and accepted it as my home, but even after 10 years the language is a challenge for me.  However, that hasn't stopped me from doing what inspires me to learn, get to know and engage in what piques my interest.  

 

And that's how I got to know the sound massage.  

​

The first vibrations of the singing bowls pleasantly surprised me and I immediately felt and experienced what a sound massage is.

 

For this reason, I decided to be certified by Peter Hess® as a sound massage therapist.  It was a great challenge for me to learn it in German, but my motivation was so great that I completed a second certification in Klangkommunikation KliK® (Klang im Kindergarten),  and relaxation trainer for fantasy and sound resise graduated, which allows sound communication in the family, kindergartens, schools and in the workplace.

​

At the moment I am learning more and more about singing bowls, gongs and other therapeutic sound forms.

​

My wish is to be certified as a seminar leader and thus reach more people who want to learn it and offer it in their work area or for their families.  

​
